A beautiful place to stay.

As a solo traveller on this occasion I can highly recommend this hotel. Every member of staff I encountered was kind and warm and offered excellent conversation and advice about activities.
The room was clean and the hotel had all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The location and transport links are excellent and I would happily stay again in future.
Overall an excellent place to stay that added to the experience of an amazing trip.

Amazing experience.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Hortus. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness.
Every single member of the staff team deserves special thanks for their professionalism, friendliness, and constant care. You can really feel the passion and dedication they put into making guests comfortable.
Hotel Hortus is a beautiful family business, and it truly shows; you don’t feel like just a guest, you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and authentic, and everything is well organized and clean.
I sincerely thank the entire Hotel Hortus team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely choose Hotel Hortus again in the future.

Needs small impovements like regulur cleaning floor and underneath beds.

The bed was clean . Everything eles was basic and it was okay only issue of why i cant give it more then 3 stars is becouse the floor wasnt hoovered before i arrived . But part from thst it was okay . Didnt really get to have a conversation with anyone like a normal hostel enviroment everyone kept to themselves .

Not responsive or helpful

The staff is not responsive and seems unconcerned about repeat business. Hope everything goes well will with visit because it it doesn't, not expect help from Hotel Hortus.

Good Value in quiet neighbourhood

Good value hotel in a nice quiet part of town, super super comfy bed and reasonably sized room. The toilet was a little cramped but the shower however was really quite awful. Would get super super hot and wouldn’t cool down and would spurt everywhere so you’d get super hot water on you, and would randomly turn all hot. Location wise it is about a 20 minute walk into the main area or a 15 min tram which we didn’t mind for the savings but a thing to definitely bear in mind. Very kind staff, let us keep our bags there all day after checkout
