Very nice

Cool hotel with super friendly staff.
The only point of criticism would be the steps in room 010; it would be better to have a strip or color distinction indicating that there is a step, as it can be easily overlooked.
Great food and beautiful garden.

This was a good stay with plenty of useful additions including toilet and shower facilities and a safe for all your valuables whilst you were sleeping. The staff were professional, helpful and always at hand. The place itself was very interesting being a converted church and you could clearly see how many of the original features had been maintained in the place. Really loved this stay. Thank you.

Hot rooms, poor ventilation and half baked room design

The room got really hot and the ac did nothing. After googling we found that this was a common issue and I got a fan from a staff member after asking why the ac did nothing. It felt like they heard it so many times that they just had a backup for it. The room leaked near the window even though it was a room inside a building. There was a device on top of the shelves that was flashing an orange light every 10 seconds all night. And yeah we knew the room would be small but there was no proper way to store our luggage and used clothes.

Well organized property with inside / outside dining, socializing spaces, pod and room hotelling options. Clean pods and restroom / bath options. Helpful staff.

Not a bad stay

Brilliant location for central Amsterdam. Hotel is very clean and good value. Just be careful of charges that are incorrect and inconsistencies. One person saying one thing isn’t acceptable but others saying it is.
