Indsu Home away from home
The wonderful Mr. Sanjib has retired, although he's still around most days. Instead his incredible son Mr. Sanjog now runs things with an amazing staff to support him.
We stayed in one of the studios, and there's a roomy, comfortable sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen in addition to a large, comfortable bed and lots of storage for clothing and anything else. There's even a washing machine on the balcony!
The maintenance staff took really good care of our room during our six night stay, and the restaurant staff were just as good at making sure we had what we needed. The food was always good and plentiful and my wife strongly recommends the Biryani. I'm a coffee lover and the coffee in the restaurant is top notch.
All.in all, I highly recommend Indsu Home (it truly felt like a home away from home) if you need a place to stay in the Kathmandu Valley for a night or a year.

It’s my second time staying here. I stayed three months all together . It feels like my second home in Nepal!
Location:
Right in the heart of lalitpur. Lots of restaurants around. Quiet at night. Close to beautiful Patan.
Room/ facilities:
Room is spacious and very clean. Hot shower, AC, fridge, safe, and a balcony! Calm/traditional design. There is a nice restaurant at the bottom. You should definitely try the thali set there!
Service:
Super friendly and attentive service ! A place that feels like home very quickly. You will quickly meet the whole family and understand the dynamic of the place and soon enough become friends with all of them. Sanjog is super helpful and will try to find a solution to all your questions.
