Excellent Stay with Warm Hospitality
I had a wonderful stay at Accom Hotel (Brikyalaya Hospitality) in Kanyam, Ilam. The hospitality was truly warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
The bedroom was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged with perfect amenities, making the stay very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the highlight of the breakfast was the organic Nepali pancake, which was fresh, tasty, and unique.
Overall, a peaceful place with great service, cleanliness, and authentic local flavors. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kanyam, Ilam.

We had a great experience at Brichyalaya
I had a wonderful experience at Brichyalaya, and Sandeep Bardewa made it even better. He is very professional, attentive and polite he handled every thing smoothly and made sure we were satisfied throughout. Excellent costumer service!

Lost my sleep
After looking at the reviews we booked the rooms.
Service was good food was good and there was no room to complain but after returning from dinner I found cockroach near the toilet door and called reception and explained the situation and within few minutes lady turn up with brush and can, I had already killed it my own spray which I carry all the time.
I thought it was over then turn the light off to go to sleep, few hours later I turn the light on to drink water I saw four more at the head board I managed to kill two but the rest of them disappeared, early in the morning I saw another one near the cupboard and killed it and called the staff who came with bit of smile and brush took it away.
We were discharging that morning and wanted to talk to manager but as usual they won't be there and no one was responsible although the lady at the reception said that they never encountered but the ladies who came to clear the cockroach admitted they have problems.
Sometimes things happens and all you do is put your hands up and admit and don't be defensive if they had called manager, I wouldn't give this review.
