Impossible to sleep and no hot water

This must be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Asia for a number of reasons but staff very kind and helpful and overall very clean,
1 we only had hot water 1 day out of 4, but when it was hot very good strong shower.
2 the noise was constant very loud and disturbing, traffic cars beeping horns, dogs barking 4 till late evening, birds, pigeons and crows dawn till dusk.
3 guests arrive from the night buses arriving to rooms from 3.30 to 5.00 talking banging luggage trolleys.
4 nearby construction and factory 7 days a week.
The managers day/night and cleaning and restaurant staff where super helpful and super nice and overall the location is excellent as food shops coffee houses and the main sights and transport are all close at hand, local bus station 5 mins slow walk away.

Roaches in the room

I was supposed to stay at this Pension for a month.
During the night I felt insects climbing on my body. When I turned on the light, I discovered cockroaches on the bed and underneath.
Same in the kitchen.
The property owner knows.
No gesture on the Award of the night....
So I paid 600npr for sleeping four hours.
I then wanted to book another room for a month. He asks me to remain silent by giving me his best rate of 25,000 npr. Actually a few days earlier he made me this same room for 24000npr.
Thank you for your seriousness
