One of the best

One of the best hotelinside thamel, Best staff, Best management team. Service is beyond imagination. Bed and mattress are top notch. If you are looking for the budget friendly hotel nearby, this can be the best option. I am really happy with their services. Hope to visit again

Worst experience ever

Worst and horrible experience ever. Booked for 4 days but hotel forcefully taken money for 7 days not provided invoice too, only money receipt. No housekeeping service was there. No hot water . Despite booked AC room AC was dead. Don't book them else will loose your hard earnings

Best hotel in Thamel

Location is very good. staff is helpfull. food also there no need to go outside ,wifi is strong, 24 hours hot hours . price is best .and good service manager is very helpfull

Ambience was good and service was providing by abhisek .. was excellent and food was good so .. it’s was good environment was created by him and chef ... I will visit gain and again . hope you all visit once . So that welcome to hotel gateway

Bit over priced as per service

Room are clean spacious and quite too
but the price are bit high as per the service they have.
front desk is really slow to response
bed are okay and comfortable.
location cannot be any better right next to thamel.
