Very nice!

Extremely disappointing

I booked Na’ankusê @ Utopia expecting a relaxing, high-quality stay, but the experience was very disappointing. The advertising and photos were misleading — the property looked nothing like what was shown online. The room was poorly maintained, with broken shower door, broken air conditioning, 18 cc with no power dirty bathroom, old towel not properly washed with dirty and truly disgusting sofa full of dirt with oil stains. Etc etc the list goes on honestly ..
The service was unresponsive and unhelpful. When I raised concerns, staff seemed uninterested in resolving them. The overall quality was far below what I expected for the price, and I genuinely regret choosing this place.

Lovely Weekend Stay in Windhoek

2-night weekend stay from Saturday. Friendly staff.
Was provided with an upper-storey room which was clean and well-appointed. The airconditioning appears a bit small for the room - struggled with cooling in the hot Windhoek afternoon.
Due to the extensive vegetation, the external area could do with a bit of tidying up.

A very mediocre hotel , no photos taken about it

Pretty rundown hotel . Our room was very worn and partly broken ( handles , lamps ). But it was the only one that had a working TV with various programs without German . And it was the only one that had a small freezer. But it was very loud and started again and again.

Convenient hotel in Windhoek

Nice hotel located close to Stellenbosch Restaurant. Spacious modern room that comes in a lot of light when the sun rises through the high side windows that have no curtains. Leaking shower head in the bathroom. Lots of mosquitoes. Great bed.
