Fantastic location on the Atlantic!

We had an overall very nice stay at The Cormorant House. The location is really fantastic – right on the Atlantic Ocean, with a breathtaking view out the window that makes every morning special. In addition, the accommodation is easy to find, which makes the journey very pleasant.
The rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and have a nice little kitchenette, which makes the stay additionally comfortable. We would also like to highlight the staff: Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated.
A small downside was that despite booking we unfortunately did not get the hoped-for rooms with balcony, but the only two without balcony. That was a little disappointing. However, we had the advantage of being able to park right in front of one of the rooms, which was very convenient.
Overall, the positive impressions clearly outweigh us – especially the location and the view make The Cormorant House a special place. We would definitely recommend a stay!

Good and comfortable accommodation. Fairly basic, but perfect for a short stay in this pretty Village.

Lovely spacious room but we were cold

We stayed in room 8 with a huge picture window. We would not have used a balcony at this time of year. It was too cold and misty. Our room had 1 electric radiant heater on the wall. Unfortunately, it was insufficient to heat the room. We stayed 2 nights and left it running for the duration. We sat with blankets over our legs to keep warm. It really needs 1 more heater. The unit was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well equipped including an air frier. There was also a handy outside clothesline outside our door.

Picturesque lagoon escape,

A beautiful lagoon-front unit. It offers a peaceful and picturesque escape, blending the soothing sounds of water with panoramic views.
As a added bonus your vehicle is safe behind a gate with security.
