Good price but bad bathroom
Bedroom is ok but bathroom is very bad. It’s so dirty there are hairs all around the floor and sewer which block water from draining out. That’s very disgusting.
Mini Bar is very cheap almost the same price as outside but beware the expiring date I drank one Coke with expiring date of next month and it’s like still water with sugar.
Breakfast is not much not best but good. Fried rice, Fried noodle, Cooked Veggie, Egg.

House keeping staffs and reception staffs are not well coordinated.
Online booking is not efficient and create more troubles for the hotel reception staffs and guests.

Overpriced with Poor Management
The staff is kind but the management is terrible. The facility is very overpriced. I've paid less for a much nicer resort (same people/rooms) in Bagan.
If you want a bed sheet (and not just a heavy comforter), you have to pay an extra fee. We needed to add an extra night and we're told that they would honor the price we paid. When checking out, the manager insisted the price was higher despite seeing our receipt showing less. We had to pay, or the desk clerk would be forced to cover the difference.
They never cleaned the rooms. We had to ask 3 times before our room was cleaned and still the family room was never touched.
We stayed with small children. I do recommend if you are traveling with a family to stay here for fire safety reasons. The stairs were used for storage and blocked.
Lastly, the manager forced us to pay for a damaged bed cover (comforter) because one child got Crayola washable marker in the edge. When I informed him it is washable I was told that they DO NOT WASH the bed covers!!!!!! Disgusting.
