Riad Stay in the Medina of Rabat

Great location right in the heart of the medina, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly, with excellent communication, and the room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I would definitely recommend it. However, the shower head was leaking, which could be easily fixed or replaced.

Abolutely horrible, terrible SCAM.

One of the most horrible accomodations in 30+ years of travel. The "6-beds appartement" was exactly that: 6 beds, not a single chair, no closets, no table. Bathroom was a handwash sink with one faucet (cold water only), a flickering light fixture straight above the shower tub whilst the shower head was at the other side of the bathroom!! Kitchen was filthy, gross, and totaly unusable. Everything was dilapidated and dirty. Street was very noisy till late at night. Absolute scam, cannot believe it was not allready kicked off that well-known booking site. To be avoided at all cost.

To flee absolutely!!!

⚠️ Very disappointing experience and lying accommodation.
I had booked a night in this riad, but when I arrived at 8:30 p.m., another accommodation was imposed on me: an unhealthy, dilapidated and dangerous apartment, totally different from the pictures of the announcement.
The accommodation in which I was housed:
was dirty and poorly maintained, with mold in the shower,
had apparent electrical wires,
was located in an extremely noisy and unsafe alley,
and did not correspond in any way to what was displayed when booking.
Travelling with three children, one of them young, I had no choice but to spend the night there, not being able to jump back into the medina at this late hour. The result: we didn’t sleep all night, so noisy and anxious it was.
I strongly advise against this riad if you are looking for a compliant, secure and respectful accommodation for its guests.

Run while you can!

To escape. Stay between 4 women. We were put in a dingy apartment next to the riad. Unsafe, unhealthy, uncomfortable and extremely noisy. A ton of dirt, dust, rust, mushrooms. The sheets were just perfumed, probably used by people before us... Run away from you crazy bastards!

Very bad, a scam

A disgusting place. They put you in a dirty and dark apartment, with everything broken because they play with overbooking. I claimed it and they tell you that this is what it is. They do not assume the consequences. Don't even think about asking for breakfast at 8:30 because if it's not at 9, they won't give it to you. We had to leave because of the number of cockroaches the new apartment had. Avoid going, everything is problems
