Hotel to avoid

Fatal experience, unprofessionalism, breakfast far from standards, not to mention air conditioners that are down. We had a horrible night even though we claimed. In summary this hotel is a place not to be recommended.

Grandeur passée... (Difficile d'être et avoir été...)

J'ai séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel en aout 2017. Le personnel masculin de l'accueil est un peu décontracté et ne m'a pas convaincu, seule une jeune femme brillait par son sérieux et son sens du service. Les locaux (largeur des halls et présence d'un ascenseur) témoignent d'une grandeur passée. Malheureusement, le manque d'entretien irrite, comme toujours ici au Maroc. Les prises électriques "branlent" un peu, la porte fenêtre du balcon ne ferme plus (2 vis manquent et c'est dommage), plus embêtant, la clim qui marche un jour sur deux, et enfin c'est l'ascenseur qui fit des siennes les 2 derniers jours. Il reste que l'hôtel Raiss est bien situé, à 2 pas du centre-ville, en bordure la belle (bruyante) avenue Mohammed V, le tout pour un prix somme toute modique (environ 20 euros la nuit après négo). C'est pourquoi nous avons pardonné les déboires sus-cités.

Très basique et propre , cela fait longtemps qu'on n'a pas investi sur l'aménagement , mais l'accueil est très correct. Situation bonne sur la route de l'aéroport et de la fameuse plage méditeranniene de Saidia. Patati patata patati patata.
