Excellent stay with very friendly perfect hosts

We had a great stay at the Ostrea. Our hosts were charming, warm and always good advice. The garden is splendid, full of tasty fruits – a special mention for delicious pineapple tomatoes! The calm, the view of the park with the number 7 oyster, the egrets and seagulls waking up, as well as the soft sound of the waves at rising tide punctuated our days and really rejuvenated us throughout the week.
The rooms are comfortable, the bedding quality, and the decoration both fresh and pleasant. On the food side, the best restaurant in the city is on site: I enjoyed an absolutely unforgettable Thai wolf tartare. Not to mention the handmade ice cream, a real delight!
A place that I recommend without hesitation, and where I will return with great pleasure.

Terrible and heartless restaurant service.

Almost unsanitary place.
Unqualified staff, manager in a state of intoxication, and spoiled food.

A lovely midday stop between Essaouira and Casablanca.

Very good seafood restaurant.
The place is quiet, away from the main streets, and the setting is pleasant by the water.
The spiders, alive in aquariums and cooked for us, were excellent.
The crab pasta was also very good.
We did not have oysters due to a shellfish allergy issue.
Definitely recommended in any case.

Quel plaisir également de lire que les araignées de mer ainsi que les pâtes au crabe vous ont séduits. Nous attachons une grande importance à la fraîcheur des produits et à leur préparation minute.

Natural oysters, warm with saffron or almonds. Salmon tartare The staff is charming and very helpful.

Delicious evening Hot oysters with saffron or almonds as a starter Filet of sea bass cooked to perfection. All with impeccable service. Bravo to the chef and his team. We had a very, very good evening in a magnificent setting by the sea.

A sad dry paella with no taste

Terrible paella: dry, undercooked rice, too salty and no taste. Oysters were nice but you can get them cheaper at a stand. Overall, definitely overpriced for what it is. We used to come here years ago but sadly the standards have fallen massively.

Sorry Severine for the disappointment. For the paella you should have told us the problem. Cooks are only men and not machines. We would have change your meals. I don't undestand why clients don't tell the problem at the right time!
About our oysters, quality and food safety have a price, sorry for that.
