Fantastic Riad in a great city

Fantastic place to stay within walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Souks. Both Youssef and Hicham were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, including making up a tray of tea with bread, cheese and biscuits at our request when we arrived to allow us to chill and catch up before heading out for the night. Room was clean and comfortable and allowed us to experience Marrakesh in traditional Moroccan style

The welcome was great
The service also great
The hotel deserves a little refreshment
The sauna has a lot of mold and paint falls off
The rooms on arrival are not as beautiful as in the presentation photos.
The garden and full of dead plants and walls full of bird canker
The sheets I slept in were full of stains
I cancelled my 2nd day to change location

Misleading riad

Not quite what was advertised. Riad was unkempt and bathrooms slippery from overflooding and poor drainage.
Staff were initially helpful but not after highlighting defects in the riad.
Will not return.

Very welcome by Youssef and Icham to the little care for us all.
Quiet Riad where it is good to relax in the very nice patio and living rooms.
however for having already stayed there a fortnight ago, it deserves to be a little refreshed.

Unassumingly beautiful

What a phenomenal read. In the middle of the Medina. Walking distant to the souks. The chef is amazing - best Tajine I had in Marrakech.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Don't judge the exterior...all of Morocco is unassuming from the outside.
The call the prayer can be heard throughout the day... it is beautiful to hear... but not at 5am (Prepare accordingly)
