The place is fantastic, a traditional riad in the old town, very close to all the places of interest. All the staff are friendly and did a great job on cleaning. Especially Abdul, who is very friendly and helpful. They can arrange a pick-up from the airport too. The breakfast is great, it changes daily with a local variety.

Total disappointment

Very bad reception experience in Morocco. Upon our arrival we were not greeted with the classic welcome tea (as happened for all the other stops of our trip), the guy at the reception had serious difficulties in understanding any language we spoke. In our room there was no toilet paper and it was full of flies, also the lock was not closed. In my parents' shower in addition to the strong unpleasant smell of drain coming from the shower, the same shower did not receive at all and was full of hair (not ours). The water has reached the bed from the shower tray. The dinner was a total fiasco, there was the usual guy at the reception who had to take care of everything from A to Z improvising as a cook and waiter, totally abandoned to himself. Very kind and helpful but unfortunately only presence throughout the structure. We paid 25€ per person (paid separately from the stay) for a miserable dinner and went to bed hungry. It was the poorest dinner of our entire trip to Morocco. From a ryad of this caliber I didn't expect it. Anyway congratulations to Junes because he tried in every way to make up for the lack of staff in the facility, I vote 10 for him. Too bad because aesthetically the ryad was beautiful.

Perfect.

We spent 2 nights at this property. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were picked up because it is easy to get lost the first time in the alleys. We stayed in a room for 4. Perfect cleanliness, comfortable bedding. The rooftop is very cute. We were greeted with good tea and traditional cookies. Good explanation of the city plan and the city highlights. Breakfast is different every morning and quality. We will return without hesitation. Thank you.
