The best riad in Marrakech!
I started my vacation in Morocco with a wonderful two-night stay at Riad Mazaya. I spent at least 8 hours online looking for the right riad for my friend and I to stay. When I came across Riad Mazaya, I knew I found the right place. From its website, the place was beautiful – warm, welcoming, and large enough for my friend and I to have space to share a room and not feel cramped. Moreover, the price was perfect! In the months leading up to my visit, Nathalie kept in touch via WhatsApp to inquire as too our needs – airport transfer, dinner service, king vs twin beds, etc. She was incredibly attentive and very responsive to my various messages. She seemed to have looked forward to my visit as much as I did.
Upon arrival, Nathalie met me at the car drop off location and escorted me to the riad. The walk through the winding alley was delightful. She gave me wonderful suggestions for sightseeing, hammams, and restaurants. Her husband, Clement, even looked online to see if there were tickets available for Majorelle Gardens, a must see when in Marrakech. After relaxing tea and cookies, Clement graciously took my luggage up to my room, Vanilla Suite. The room was perfect! It was so well appointed with a most comfortable king-sized bed, chaise, wardrobe, and private shower with multiple jets and rain shower heads. Upstairs was a wonderful rooftop deck with multiple nooks and corners where one could relax, have coffee, and contemplate the day’s plans.
Breakfast, which was included, consisted of fruit or yogurt, delicious sweets, and eggs – the traditional Moroccan breakfast. All cooked to order and mouthwatering. Nathalie and Clement were on hand each morning to attend to business and answer any questions we had. When we left to go to Essaouira, they even gave recommendations for restaurants there. Clement advised that it was better for us to take the Supra bus rather than rent a car due to the numerous traffic stops and speed radars. We are quite glad we took his advice.
I cannot recommend Riad Mazaya enough. You will truly feel at home as I did. I look forward to my next visit to Marrakech and will assuredly plan my stay around availability with Nathalie and Clement.

A magnificent stay where time stood still for our greatest pleasure
We stayed 7 nights at the riad. I highly recommend it, warm welcome, the whole team was attentive to us. The size and location are just perfect, quiet and away from the crowd but close to everything. A big thank you to Nathalie and Clément for their advice and hospitality, a huge thank you to the kind cooks for the excellent dishes (best tagine of my stay and the fesa is also to die for it was so good) and their special attention to my dietary restrictions (gluten-free) and kudos to Abdel and Simo for their efforts. I recommend+++

Paradise!
We spent 5 days at the Riad Mazaya! Clément and Nathalie welcomed us warmly and were invaluable in their advice: restaurants, walks, activities...
The location of the riad is exceptional: peaceful... yet close to the must-see places in the medina!
This riad is a marvel. You feel so good here! The terrace is fabulous for enjoying a delicious breakfast in the sun!
It is a true haven of peace to recharge! We recommend it without any hesitation!

Fantastic Riad and hospitality

A haven of peace in the heart of the medina of Marrakech!
This is the fourth time we have stayed at Riad Mazaya... and certainly not the last! With each visit, we are warmly welcomed by Nathalie and Clément, caring hosts who generously share their best tips and tips to discover Marrakech differently.
The staff is absolutely adorable, always available, smiling and caring from morning to night. It feels like home here, with the service of an exceptional establishment.
Moroccan breakfasts are authentic, hearty and delicious, a real treat to start the day well. It is also possible to dine on site (by reservation), a real plus after a day of sightseeing.
The five rooms are decorated with great taste, each with its own personality, just like the owners: elegant, warm and refined.
The terrace is simply magnificent, ideal for relaxing after a day in the bustle of the city, not to mention the Jacuzzi which brings a very appreciable touch of luxury.
The Riad is perfectly located in the medina, a stone’s throw from the famous Jemaa el-Fna Square, yet in a particularly quiet area — a perfect balance.
For a perfect stay in Marrakech, I can only recommend Riad Mazaya. Without hesitation, the best Riad in Marrakech!
