Best Riad to stay in Marrakech

Beautiful Riad with great staff with great care. I recommend it completely, not far from everything and with an excellent breakfast!

Excellent riad - don't hesitate -- just book it.

Our stay at this riad was exceptional. Ikram replied fast and seemed to always be available. All our questions were answered beforehand and while we were there any problem was addressed immediately. We had their breakfast. It was good. Loved the flat egg. Simple but delicious. They served us a dinner one night.. Scrumptious chicken tajine with olives. Ayman was also a huge help with anything we needed. I slept better there than I do at home. The place is just perfect. Location is not necessarily off the beaten path but it won't be easy to find unless you know where you are going. Splurge on the transportation they offer - you will be dropped off and taken to your exact location at the riad. We would stay here again and rebook instantly without hesitation. It was that good. Loved the steaming hot showers, too with full body spray... Just incredible. BTW -- you'll see others complain about a tourist tax. Not the riad issue. they comply. That the place is hard to find. Yes it is.. but you need to simply plan for this - Get transportation set up by the riad. We paid 25 Euro each way -- bc we arrived and left early in the AM. it's 18 Euro or something like that during the day. And yes.. it's kind of tucked away from everything. You'll appreciate that in the morning when the prayer call goes out. We still could make it to the main square in less than 15 min walking. More like 10. Not a hard walk either.

Be wary of reviews

AVOID- Reviewed on a separate platform and staff took my number from the booking and messaged me. They said they would be fired if I did not remove the review. A complaint was lodged with the booking platform.
Important things to know-
Extra charges apply in terms of city tax on arrival in cash. We were overcharged for our taxi back to the airport but needed to leave. Texts received from the owner afterward confirmed this.
There is no sign outside. Apple Maps cannot place the location due to the nature of the medina so prepare for this.
WiFi issue were experience on 3 nights which was difficult as I relied on this.
Staff had to be woken up so we could leave at 8.30am on the last morning.
Noise is a constant issue due to the layout of the Riad.
Be wary of positive reviews. The owner offers a free dinner in return for them but I could not ignore the issues with this place. I travel frequently and this is the only experience of accommodation not matching reviews.

Excellent experience

The riad is beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated.
The staff is attentive, the breakfasts delicious and the terrace a real happiness to relax.
I recommend without hesitation
