Perfect little Riad for a weekend in Marrakesh- great location within the medina and close proximity to the souks.
Staff incredibly helpful and amenable- even before you arrive helping you plan your trip. Always happy to help and very knowledgeable on things to do and see.

Scammers so beware

Beware. This riad is OK but they have a second ‘duplicate’ riad with similar decor and look and shared photos which they use when this road is busy. The second riad (called L’oriental or soleil) is 30 mins away in a poor and unsafe street at the far edge of the Medina. They changed the name of this riad as they had poor reviews because of this scam. Old name Riad Ekla.

Despite confirmed and paid booking, we were bumped and downgraded to a sister property 30 mins away. If they have no apology for this action, then why trust they won't do the same to you?

The room was lovely and spotless. The breakfast was freshly cooked each day and lovely to enjoy on the rooftop. The staff were are amazing, giving useful information and making us coffee when we got back after a long day exploring!
