Small Riad with a warm welcome

A nice Riad with neat decoration.
A little cozy room.
A very good welcome with a lot of kindness and attention.
All our requests were taken into account immediately, very attentive.
The terrace for breakfast is nice with views of the mountains and the city. The sunrise is incredible.
The least is the neighborhood a little far from the center, 20 minutes walk.
On the other hand you are in the old Marrakech, an immersion with the daily life of the inhabitants.
Thank you to the whole team for this welcome.

Not as advertised. I know you get what you pay for but this was pretty bad: no ac the first night, cockroach in the toilet, pool not a pool, breakfast was three different types of bread and that's it and they charged for water when I requested it with my breakfast.
I do not recommend this hotel.

First night in Morocco!

Stayed for only one night in this structure.Location very nice and typical of the riad of Morocco , very small room being in three , there was little space to put your bags , too bad , because otherwise very welcoming, even the friendly and helpful staff, breakfast only sweet . Overall I recommend it!

Basic

We stayed on the bottom floor. The room was very basic. Not much room to move around once your bags are in. There was an odd smell - like burning resin which was overwhelming and permeated everything, even clothes from unopened bags, for days after we left. There was no toilet paper. The doors don't lock. Our room was near the entrance. All comings and goings could be clearly heard. The bright light in the walkway outside our room was switched off and on as people arrived and left through the night, shining into our room as the curtain was not thick. We didn't eat so can't comment on the food. But the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Not great at all.

Riad located in a somewhat unsafe neighborhood.
The welcome is friendly and the staff is smiling.
The organization for transfers and excursions is particularly efficient.
The rooms are quite small. The bedding in the first room is catastrophic. A room change was possible, and the bed was good in the second room.
Sewer odors rise in the bathrooms.
The breakfast, but especially the dinner, were frankly mediocre (impossible to have breakfast before 8:30 AM).
