An enchanted bubble

Super riad, conveniently located in the kasbah district. A bubble of happiness after walking in the alleys, souks of the medina...
Very clean, quiet, only the birdsong wakes you up in the morning.
Breakfast served on the terrace and dinners are fabulous.
You can count on Tariq (a beautiful person) to take care of you (explanations of places to visit, excursions, various information, etc.)

Oasis of calm

We were met by Tariq after our transfer dropped us off otherwise I don’t think we would have found it!! The riad is in a quiet part but within easy walking distance to all the attractions. Once you step over the door it really is like a little oasis of calm, all traditional features and the rooftop is a beautiful place to relax with breakfast or have a few drinks in the evening like we did. Comfortable big bed and great aircon. Breakfasts were great, lots of breads,fruits,pastries and gorgeous home made jams and of course mint tea, my husband loves his English tea and Tariq even went and got some for him to have in the mornings!! Unfortunately I became unwell during our stay, Tariq took my husband to pharmacy and then later we had to visit hospital /clinic and again he came and stayed with us the entire time(3hrs) I have never received this level of service anywhere and we were so grateful for it, a very thoughtful and humble person who did everything he could to make sure you felt at home and had a relaxing holiday, the perfect host ❤️

Beautiful Riad in the Kasbah section.

The manager of the Riad, Tariq, treated us to traditional cookies and mint tea as he greeted us and reviewed important sights for us to see and places to go for our trip. Tariq then toured the Riad with us and answered all our questions about the city. He arranged transportation both by TukTuk and then the car back to the airport and walked us to the transportation through the alley ways. He was always available and very accommodating when we had special requests. The Riad was very clean and quiet. We felt being situated in the Kasbah section was an advantage in that you are a 20 minute walk from the Medina but in a more relaxed and quiet area. We will return to Riad Hugo in the future. Thank you Tariq for your hospitality.

Amazing Riad

Amazing stay at Riad Hugo. Beautiful, clean and well-kept place, perfectly located to explore Marrakech.
A special thanks to Tariq, truly the best host ever: always kind, helpful and ready to assist with anything. He made us feel at home from the very first moment.
