The house of the heart
I returned another time to this facility. Everything always perfect.
The host has now become a dear friend and I really appreciated the fact that I feel at home as in Italy, maybe sometimes even better.
The structure is very quiet, cozy and the breakfast is typical Moroccan.
The terrace is a real treat for those who want to enjoy moments of relaxation.
The great location since we shot everything and were really close to every kind of attraction.
A place where I left my heart and will definitely return without hesitation.
Congratulations for the nice work and for the competence and professionalism shown.

Very central!
Beautiful riad in the middle of the medina - it doesn't get more central than this! In just one minute, you can reach the "main street" of shops! At the same time, it is located on a small side street, allowing for peaceful sleep at night. Additionally, there is a very, very nice owner of the riad, who is very open and from whom you can learn quite a bit.

EXTRAORDINARY
GREAT RIAD!! I stayed at this riad in September 2025 with a friend for 3 nights and it was gorgeous. Super Welcoming with welcome Moroccan tea. The owner a magnificent person available throughout and always present for any eventuality. Great services as the breakfast really rich and genuine, something not obvious.
Optimal room equipped with all services and especially super central location!! you reach the square jamaa el fna in less than 2 minutes walk.
I will definitely return with other friends and/or family.

Disappointed
Review: Riad Deux Palmiers
I felt deeply disappointed with my stay at Riad Deux Palmiers. I paid £80 per night for what was advertised as a “superior room”, yet the experience fell far below expectations. The room was freezing cold, the water was cold, and the overall standard was very poor for the price.
The original “superior” room we were given was extremely small, with no wardrobe or storage space at all. Two single beds were squeezed in, and we were constantly tripping over our luggage. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room; however, this room was so cold that I became unwell. An oil heater was eventually provided, but this should not have been necessary.
Breakfast was very basic and repetitive, and certainly not a continental breakfast as advertised. While edible, it did not reflect the price paid.
I would like to acknowledge that Abdou was helpful, and the lady who prepared the breakfast was absolutely lovely. The location is fantastic, which is one of the positives.
Overall, aside from the staff and location, this riad feels mis-marketed and overpriced for what is described as a superior room. Others can make their own judgement.

Salamalekum Marrakech
Excellent riad a few steps from the Jema el fnaa square, will be 500 meters maximum, quiet, the owner always available you find it already in the morning organizing breakfast, a really delicious person, the rooms are large equipped with air conditioning and hot water. Absolutely recommended
