Wonderful weekend away at Riad Dar Kleta

On our way back from a wonderful long weekend at Riad Dar Kleta. The welcome we received upon arrival was first class, warm, attentive and relaxed.
Riad Dar Kleta was as authentic as it looks in the photos, beautifully presented while remaining true to its origin.
We took breakfast each morning, a diverse offering of local fare each morning deionised in a warm and friendly manner.
Our hosts could not do enough to ensure our Stu went smoothly, advice on attractions to visit and restaurants to book. They made our visit a truly welcoming experience.
No hesitations in retuning as the accommodation, location and service ensured this place fully deserves the 5 start reviews!

Coming home to this amazing riad!

Beforehand very nice contact with the owner of this great riad. Nothing was too much for him. He arranged the pick up from the airport and it went on time and flawlessly. Abdel came to pick us up where the car could no longer drive. On the way to the riad he pointed out the landmarks, within 5 minutes we were in an oasis of peace. Like the feeling of coming home. There is a family, relaxed atmosphere. I had deliberately looked for a small-scale riad because of the personal approach, it exceeded my wildest expectations. The staff is so very nice, sweet, attentive and caring. The decor of the riad is very atmospheric. The rooms are spotless and nicely decorated. You really lack nothing. Breakfast very rich and fresh. The seating areas, benches on the terrace above are very inviting. It is possible to seek out the sun but also the shade. We would like to thank not only the owner Julien but also Rabia, Abdel and Said and Fatima very much for the hospitality, the delicious food, the service and the beautiful conversations. We recommend the riad 100%, the location is very convenient, and will definitely come back. Kind regards Linda and Edo

Splendid Riad

There are currently 4 rooms - but more on the way - so we (as a group of friends) got the whole place. An escort with a cart picks you up from drop off - as you can’t get a cab to the door - and escorts you the short walk. The usual medina hubbub on the way there, a narrow passageway, a dark green door requiring a stoop, a short passageway, then you’re into the oasis.
Superb staff - who couldn’t be more helpful, great breakfast, quirky and imaginative rooms in a genuine riad, very reasonably priced, and a 5 mins walk to the souks / 15 mins walk to the main square. There are seating areas to catch the sun with drinks - so get some in duty free - and the staff sorted us a hammam and cab rides. There are great restaurants nearby too.
A real find - would go back tomorrow.

Unforgettable stay at Riad Dar Kleta ✨

We had an exceptional stay in Marrakech at Riad Dar Kleta. The welcome was simply perfect: warm, attentive and authentic from the moment we arrived.
The cuisine is a real treat, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes, which allowed us to discover the local culinary riches.
The owners Françoise and Julien are adorable, always available, kind and concerned to make the stay unforgettable. It feels like home, in a charming and relaxing setting.
The quality of services is impeccable at all levels. We recommend this riad with your eyes closed and will return with great pleasure!

An extraordinary place that cuts you off from the tumult of the medina. A great welcome and great advice from Abdel and the whole team. Amazing cuisine, better than any restaurant in Marrakech.
