A beautiful discovery
A traditional riad, typical in the heart of the medina.
An entrance patio with living room, reception area and 2 bedrooms; on the 1st floor, 2 other bedrooms; on the 2nd floor, a last bedroom (ours) with service rooms then a last staircase to reach the terrace "rooftop" with a view of the whole medina, the mountains, a sunrise.
The rooms have their own bathroom and toilet, small fridge (very nice to always have fresh water), air conditioning if needed, a small storage unit and a small wardrobe.
Kept by a great French couple (Valerie and Thierry), very attentive with their hosts, good advice, tips and always available.
From the staff (Sumia and "Aayad") to the little care, they are very charming, helpful, very kind.
A hearty breakfast served on the terrace on a time slot from 8am to 10am. Variants every day, fresh and homemade, a treat.

Riad very well located.
Very very friendly staff especially the night receptionist all friendliness and strive to make everything easier, breakfast on the terrace with views, is varied and abundant, they tbm have taxi service from the airport to the riad, correct quality price, they could improve the rooms a little, but it fills the location and friendliness Thank you

Authentic, rustic and friendly
We stayed here for a few days as we wanted to be in walking distance of all of the Medina. It's very well situated being only a 10 min walk from the main square. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The rooms by modern standards are quite basic but had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a continental type with rolls/breads, eggs, cheese and juice etc and excellent coffee. The roof terrace is higher than most so you can see a long way depending on weather etc and it's a very pleasant place to sit in the evening.
It's also very competitively priced. Only issue was that the people carrier we took from the airport couldn't get close to it due to the busy small streets, better off in a smaller car and then you'd still have a short walk.
If we return to Marrakesh we'd definitely rebook.

Unforgettable!!
Amazing stay, super friendly and considerate staff, cozy room and redone! better than in the photos! the small fridge in the rooms is a plus to be able to put our drinks in the cool. small grocery store near downstairs for drink or super restaurant right next door with the highest terrace of Marrakech. The advantage of being at the Medina directly, we have access to boutique restaurants, cultural place, hammam treatment etc... to do on foot and nearby! Moreover the Riad is quiet is well maintained, the breakfast is hearty, fresh and homemade! The couple is adorable and we always have good tips, nice corners or excursions to offer.

excellent stay I recommend this riad in the center of Marrakech the place is very quiet
The management and staff are very welcoming and attentive to their customers. Both the establishment and the rooms are always impeccable, they are attentive and even at customer service ready to be of service as well as to pamper them during their stay. Breakfast on the terrace is more copious and with a lovely view of Marrakech. As a bonus, the Riad is located close to the Souk
