A riad brimming with sweetness and peace

I was greeted with a big smile in an atmosphere of calm and serenity by adorable staff, attentive and ready to Service you for any request.
The riad is very well located, a few minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna Square.
The rooms are spacious, clean with a very nice bathroom. The decoration is pretty and authentic. The swimming pool in the center of the riad requires only a dip.
The hammam and massage I had was a real joy.
Dinner and breakfast feasted my taste buds and eyes.
A big thank you for these 2 days before and after the desert.
I will be back with great joy!

Doesnt deserve the high rating

I made similar comments on booking.com as below, so the hotel cancelled my booking after we left and pretended that we hadn't turned up, this is so our comments dont impact on their rating which is why they have a rating they dont deserve. The reception staff were friendly BUT. The location is within a very horrible area, so much so that I didnt feel safe taking my family there. The area in general had lots of buildings that were knocked down and in rubble, barely saw any locals walking around these streets so it wasn't pleasant all. There was a smell of burning plastic outside at night but this might have been just when we were there.
The main lobby space is nice as seen in the photo's but the rooms looked tired, rugs a bit dirty, hair dryers with exposed cables. The linen was nice and clean.

Negative experience!

Contrary to all the good reviews read about this Riad, I can only write a list of negative things. The experience was so bad that he ran away after one night despite having paid two. Old, ugly and dim decor lights, approximate cleanliness and dated bathroom. Breakfast is served on a unique table forcing you to sit shoulder to shoulder with strangers. The location is actually a stone's throw from the Medina but don't trust google maps to get there, we got lost in the dark alleys in the middle of the evening. It wasn't pleasant at all.
The only positive note: friendly and helpful reception staff.

Excellent Riad near the medina

Beautiful very quiet Riad near the Medina. Impeccable cleanliness and great kindness. Beautiful rooms with large bathrooms. We also had an excellent dinner prepared especially for us. A special thanks to the friendly Sahid who carries out his work with passion. I recommend it to everybody
