Exceptional Experience in Riad Berenssi’s Haven of Peace

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‐️ A perfect stay at Riad Berenssi!
We arrived in the souk, the taxi dropped us off at the right place... but we had the wrong address Result: a short walk of 3 km with the suitcases in the souk before finding the right riad!
Fortunately, everything else was perfect.
Upon arrival, Abdul greeted us warmly with a delicious Moroccan tea — a great start to our stay.
Service is really great: the second day, the riad ordered us a taxi for our trips, always with a smile.
Breakfasts are hearty and varied, with different Moroccan specialties every morning. The dinner, a homemade tagine prepared by the ladies of the riad, was excellent.
Cleaning is impeccable, the rooms very clean and comfortable.
We also took a desert trip on Saturday, and the riad kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on site overnight, then again the next day to enjoy a little more Marrakech before leaving.
In summary: Warm Welcoming, impeccable Service, excellent cuisine and Authentic Mood.

Riad Berenssi is Highly Recommended

Riad Berenssi is a wonderful Riad. We highly recommend it. The Riad is well located inside the old city. It’s location allows for car transportation right up to its door. One can walk from Riad Berenssi to museums, souks, and the Jemma’a al Fna’a (Town Center). We have been at Riad Berenssi for 3 weeks. The Manager and staff have seen to our every need and have helped us retain transportation and guides as we explored this part of Morocco. Meals at Riad Berenssi are generously proportioned and so delicious that we often chose to eat our evening meals at the Riad. The Riad is clean, quiet, and tranquil. Our room for two is comfortable. The bathroom water is warm and the AC works perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the heated pool and rooftop terrace are lovely.

A very relaxing place to stay 8n Marrakech

Simple but very pleasant room in a lovely riad. Nice breakfast. Evening meals available on demand.
Staff very attentive, friendly and always keen to help in anyway.
20 minutes walk to the centre.
We spent three very good nights there before heading towards the Atlas.
Just a pity they don't take cards as it would make things so easier.

A Serene Oasis in the Heart of the City, authenticity, charm, luxury and exceptional hospitality.

From the moment we booked our stay, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Sobha (the owner of Riad Berenssi) via WhatsApp offering any help from airport pick up to excursions and she was always promptly responsive to our messages. It was also lovely to meet her once at the Riad.
We were firstly shocked when the taxi driver dropped us by the Riad which you can’t see from the road but then Hassan greeted us with kindness, taking our luggage and leading us to the entrance of the Riad down a small alleyway.
What a WOW factor when he opened the door, the Riad is a true haven of peace – beautifully decorated, serene, and perfectly maintained.
Hassan made us feel very welcoming, serving us freshly made mint tea and delicious homemade pastries while the wonderful ladies, so kindly prepared our room with great care as we arrived early. Our room was BEAUTIFUL.
That evening, we had the pleasure of meeting Abdoul, who served a delightful dinner on the roof terrace. From that moment on, he was a constant presence throughout our stay, always greeting us with a warm smile at breakfast, serving each meal with care, and ensuring every detail was perfect. The breakfasts, a variety of homemade specialities, were absolutely delicious and the table was always set with great attention by Abdoul.
During our stay, Hassan also went the extra mile by finding an excellent therapist, to relieve my back pain. A big recommendation to Fatima, whose practice is nearby the Riad and who gave me some Hijama treatment, which eased my pain a lot. She is such a lovely and professional lady.
A massive thank you also to the 3 ladies Ouafa, Rachida and Saida who cleaned our room perfectly every single day, and were keeping the entire riad immaculate, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease … and also for the preparation of all the delicious specialities.
On our last evening, Abdoul prepared a special tea for us on the balcony with lights, creating a magical and unforgettable moment.
The entire team is simply wonderful. We are truly grateful for the warmth, generosity, kindness, professionalism and genuine care we received during our stay which made our experience truly special, memorable and unforgettable. We leave feeling rested, grateful, and already wishing to return soon.

Had a problem with my reservation. It was impossible to reach them :(

Dont expect them to answer Whatsapp after 8pm. I had a problem with my reservation in this place. I tried to contact the owner trough a France Whatsapp number, never answered. I tried to contact the manager trough a Whatsapp number, left my message in seen. I finally was able to contact the receptionist and told me that he had no tools to manage the online reservations. Ive travelled multiple times across multiple countries but this specific experience made me feel as if I was only a transaction to them.
