Great location and beautiful

Riad 117 is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Perfectly located in the centre meaning you can walk pretty much everywhere you want to. The room was clean and had a big bathroom. They have a hairdryer in the room that is actually really good unlike most hotel room hairdryers!!! The free breakfast is brilliant- it had a mixture of western and local food so there was something for everyone. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Several downsides

The hotel has a central location in the Medina, which makes it convenient for exploring Marrakech, although it’s not in the nicest alley. The breakfast was good and varied.
Unfortunately, there were several downsides. Payment was requested as cash only, which is quite inconvenient. The room was small, and the bathroom was not fully separated from the sleeping area, which reduces privacy significantly. There was no real space for suitcases, and the bathroom products provided were minimal. Considering these aspects, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offers. Additionally, some staff members were not particularly friendly.

Small oasis of peace

Stylish riad, small and clean, with very nice rooms, 2 steps from the main square, an oasis of peace just through the door.
Breakfast included in the price delicious, staff all really very kind.
Only note, if you fear the heat, the room on the top floor, although it enjoys excellent privacy and a more spacious bathroom, in the middle of summer, although air-conditioned, still remains too hot.

Great quiet friendly Riad

Lovely quiet Riad in the middle of it all. Superb location. Spotless rooms and mega friendly staff.
Breakfast was always fresh and tasty.

Beautiful riad very well located

Riad very beautiful, decorated with great taste. The common areas are nice, the terrace is nicely arranged and is very nice. The pool is small but really enjoyable. The room was very nice, only flat, despite the air conditioning, it was hot there (room on the terrace bathed by the sun). Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very helpful and really friendly. The riad is ideally located. This accommodation has a lot of positives, but I find the room price a bit high.
