Amazing Holiday, Amazing Staff
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at the Park Hyatt Marrakech was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family by every member of the staff. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, while the facilities were outstanding.
A special thank you to the pool staff and restaurant teams, who were always helpful, attentive, polite, and friendly. Their professionalism and positive attitude made every day more enjoyable and added a personal touch that made our experience even more memorable.
What truly sets Park Hyatt Marrakech apart is its people. Every interaction was met with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond.
The Golf Course Al Maaden was kept in excellent condition given the temperatures and the course offered an exciting challenge, we enjoyed our three rounds there.

Excellent stay
Exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt Marrakech. The setting is magnificent, but what really made the difference was the quality of the service at the restaurant. A big thank you to Hosni and Assia for their impeccable professionalism: warm welcome, attention to detail, constant availability, and genuine care for the guest. Two people who perfectly embody hotel excellence.

We had a great time, largely thanks to Abdsadak the bartender and Hosni. Their warm welcome, their professionalism, and their good humor made all the difference. They are always attentive, friendly, and offer impeccable service. A big thank you to both of them for their kindness and their dedication.

Best Resort, Best Staff, Best Trip Ever
My husband and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Marrakech for my birthday trip and it is the nicest resort we have EVER stayed at! Not only because of the beautiful room/hotel grounds and delicious food, but also in large part, due to the amazing staff, whom we left considering our friends.
Ahmed and Hosni at the Pavillon were wonderful - we chatted and giggled with them every day. Assim was always very friendly and helpful as well. Ahmed made watching the Morocco World Cup game so much fun for my husband - he even reserved us a great table for viewing it!
My husband requested flowers for my birthday dinner at Tfaya and Oualid, the manager, ended up surprising us BOTH with the biggest bouquet we have ever seen! I nearly cried. Having Tarik as our waiter there each night was so much fun - he is so kind and attentive. He introduced us to Nos Nos coffee, which we loved so much that we came home and bought an espresso machine and Moroccan-inspired glassware to continue making it!
We enjoyed spending breakfast at Tfaya each morning with Yassine. He was so great to talk with and had perfect food recommendations.
Yassmine at the front desk of Tfaya was always lovely to run into as well.
Raffik was a wonderful concierge who
went above and beyond to help clear up an issue with my husband’s passport, getting on the phone with and emailing the airline.
He also set us up in style to reluctantly head to the airport.
This is the longest review I have ever written, and I still feel like I haven’t said enough. We absolutely recommend staying at the Park Hyatt Marrakech and can’t wait to go back one day!
