For 1 night
Palm apart hotel...for a night in breakdown it may be suitable..
Apartment of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, a kitchen that just has the worktop, sink and fridge. No chair at the bar.
Living room small tv large sofa. Balcony.
Clean room overall, decent bathroom. The apartment itself is not bad, just very aging but clean.
The insulation is zero, noise in the hallway, it screams, it knocks on the door in the middle of the night when we sleep, shady customers on our floor. The hotel right next door that shares the gardens and pool was nicer.
Pick up the hotel.
No shuttle, no possibility of meals.
The transportation ordered to the airport was on time no worries.
Excessive shuttle/taxi fare.
For one night why not. But at a decent price. Unfortunately, I won't spend a week there.
Opposite the hotel shopping center across the sidewalk! Very practical!
For a short stay this may be suitable. In any case it is clean!!! Bed made, towels available. Nice reception. Comfortable beds, quite spacious apartments.

You can see him abandoned, which means apartment we expect to have enough to make a meal. Everything leaves something to be desired. Air conditioning that makes a tractor noise.
Dirty deckchairs, 2 lifeguards who don’t do much then rather than being bored, 1 only listening to my advice, he tried to repair all the deckchairs whose whales fell.
It is obvious that I would never come back to such a beautiful and abandoned place

Very bad experience with reception (Intissar)
1 out of 5 We stayed at Palm Plaza Marrakech in July 2025, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The internet was unreliable, and the staff — particularly one woman at reception (Intissar)(no visible name tag) — was extremely rude and unhelpful. She dismissed our concerns and like if she told us we could leave if we didn’t like the room we were given, even though it wasn’t what we had booked.
To make matters worse, she misinformed us about access to one of the pools, claiming it was restricted due to high season. Yet the next day, other guests were freely using it. This dishonesty and lack of customer care made us feel unwelcome and frustrated.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re used to a higher standard of service — common in many European hotels.

You will be better off booking in a hostel or Airbnb then wasting your time and money.
Worst holiday hotel accommodation. This hotel does deserve to be given 1 star. The staff tells you that they will sort things out but never do. I had to put a formal complaint. I had to chabge room 4 times. 1st room was filthy and stank of sewage. The second room has 3 lights faulty and the walls and fittings was poor with no sign of upkeep and maintenance. The third room had broken kitchen cabinet and damaged draws and electrical plugs loose and looked not safe. I had 3 young children on holiday. On my 4th room I had a very frightening experience where my mobile charger exploded and my original phone charger and cable burned. At that point I got very angry and frustrated. And by the way there were more minor issues like they do nit provide you with hair dryer, no iron or ironing board (this is advertised on my booking website that I book this stay with)..

Horrible WiFi and not very clean
If you are in the area for business, do not stay at this hotel. The WiFi is terrible and additionally the room isn’t very clean. Though I didn’t use the pool, it does look nice out there. They don’t provide water bottles in the room and there isn’t much around to get water or even dinner.
