Magnificent

Exceptional experience!! A magnificent, calm, and peaceful place!! The staff is lovely. Ibrahim welcomed us so well; he took great care of us throughout our stay, which made our experience even better!!! I 100% recommend this place for a moment of relaxation far from everything.

Exceptional stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect: the warm welcome, the professionalism of the staff always available and attentive, as well as the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The room was comfortable, well equipped and very nice. The location is ideal and allows you to fully enjoy the stay.
An experience more than successful, we leave delighted and will return without hesitation. I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed!

A home away from home

Caring, warm, and friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. A secluded retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, yet only a 20-minute drive away. All in all, a perfect blend of homey and luxurious.

Above and Beyond !

I stayed at Palais Nouhass with my 18-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son, and we had the most wonderful stay. After a busy day exploring the vibrant energy of Marrakech, it felt like stepping into a peaceful little paradise, exactly what I was looking for.
This stunning boutique hotel offers a truly human experience, far from the crowds of big resorts. The entire team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, always kind and attentive to every detail, including preparing special vegetarian meals just for us (thank you again! ). Huge thanks to Iman, Cherif, Nordine (best last dinner !), Moussa, and everyone else who made our stay so memorable. And a very special shout-out to Oumaima, her kindness and smile lit up every morning: she truly made our days! To top it all off, we were even gifted a lovely basket of delicious Moroccan pastries when we left, a perfect goodbye gesture. We chose the full board option and were treated to generous, absolutely delicious meals every day. Compliments to the chef! We stayed in the Oriental room, which was beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, we were given a short tour and got to see that a few other rooms, all with its own unique charm. All are spacious, spotlessly clean, and offer beautiful views of the park and pool. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech (just 15 minutes away) and enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
