5-day stay in this haven of peace I needed to rest.
The rooms are magnificent, the team is very attentive, everything is easy: 1 transfer, 1 vegetarian meal etc …

NIGHTMARE - LUGGAGE STOLEN
Before a two-day trek to Mount Toubkal, we made a clear agreement with the office manager, Walid, that we could leave our luggage (including e-readers, sunglasses, chargers, international driver’s license, AirPods, clothing, etc.) at the hotel since we were returning for another night.
When we came back, our luggage had disappeared.
Only after repeated insistence did they start looking for it. We were told it had mistakenly been taken with the garbag. Walid claimed he would contact the person responsible and arrange for our belongings to be returned. In the meantime, we were asked to make a detailed inventory of everything inside our luggage. For the three of us, the total value came to approximately €2,000. That evening, we received €500 as a “deposit” and were promised full compensation if the luggage was not found.
The next morning, Walid informed us our luggage had supposedly been found with the garbage collector and would be returned at any moment. However, we had a flight to catch at 7:30 a.m., so time was critical. At our insistence, we went together to the man’s home — it was obvious he knew nothing about the situation.
Back at the hotel, it quickly became clear that Walid and the hotel manager had misled us from the start. It was already clear the previous evening that our luggage could not be recovered, and they deliberately tried to stall with excuses knowing we had an early flight and were in a vulnerable position. The hotel manager openly mocked us and called us foolish for trusting them. There was no question of paying the full amount they had promised.
The hotel manager even claimed he would remove negative reviews.
Do not trust this hotel.

Absolute nightmare – do not trust this hotel with your belongings
When we returned, all of our luggage had disappeared — including electronics, clothes and personal belongings (around €2,000 loss for three people).
We were given an explanation that simply did not make sense and were promised full compensation. Instead, we received almost nothing and were left under pressure to catch our flight home without our belongings.
This situation was extremely stressful and handled very unprofessionally.
If you value your belongings and peace of mind, we strongly advise choosing another hotel.
