Totally unpleasant experience. I do not recommend it.
When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait two hours on the street for someone to open the door for us, since the owner did not respond to our messages either through Booking or through the WhatsApp he provided us.
Once inside, we found that the excursion to the Merzouga desert that we had contracted with the owner did not include sandboarding, even though we had expressly asked him if it was included. When we tried to talk to him about it, he refused and started yelling at his employee, creating a truly surreal spectacle.
The only positive thing we can highlight about the hotel is the kindness of the employee at the entrance and the girl who prepared breakfast.
Overall, a very negative experience that we will not repeat.
