Highly recommend!

I recently stayed here with my partner and would highly recommend it. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and all of the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.
A special mention to Hamza, who was especially kind and supportive when our transfer from another hotel didn’t turn up. He went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation, and his calm, helpful attitude really made a difference to our experience.

Disappointing day …. Not what you’d expect

A recent day spent at Be Agafay Pool Camp didn’t quite live up to its promise of a quiet, luxury, and relaxing experience.
We arrived mid-morning, only to find that there were just two decent sunbeds left available, which immediately set the tone for a more crowded atmosphere than expected. For a venue marketed as a მშვიდ and exclusive retreat, this was surprising.
One of the biggest drawbacks, however, was the presence of children. While it’s completely understandable—kids love pools and naturally want to splash, jump, and play—that’s exactly what filled the day. The constant noise and activity made it difficult to relax, which was disappointing given the expectation of tranquility. As a parent myself (with now older children), I would never deny kids their fun—but I also wouldn’t choose a place like this for them if I were seeking a peaceful escape. It’s worth noting for anyone considering booking: children are allowed, and this does significantly impact the atmosphere.
By the time lunch was over, we were more than ready to leave and head back to our hotel, where we could finally unwind in peace and quiet.
Service overall was average—nothing particularly memorable. That said, one standout deserves recognition: the lovely lady who maintained and cleaned the toilets throughout the day. She was warm, attentive, and clearly took pride in her work—a real diamond superstar who made a positive impression.
In summary, if you’re expecting a serene, adults-only style retreat, this would not meet your expectations. Manage those expectations carefully before booking.

BE Agafuyez!

The setting is magical. The place is conducive to relaxation. And that's about it...
Unfortunately, the beauty of the place is spoiled by a lack of professionalism. The staff is incompetent because very poorly managed.
Regarding the meal, we waited almost an hour to have our meal and the same for breakfast (in an almost empty room).
The meal is extremely expensive for quality.
The decoration of the house is very beautiful. On the other hand it is very very dirty at the sanitary level. Hygiene is to absent subscribers!
Paying so much for benefits like this is theft.
The concept of luxury and hospitality must be reviewed. It's extremely cheap and amateurish.
Last point: if the ratings are so good it is because most people come to enjoy the place on the day with the pool pass which seems to me to be the best option.

Nice but...

Nice setting but unfortunately the clientele harms the frame a little. Benchmark for instagrameuses at a discount! “Variable” food: good Moroccan starters but bad dishes and overpriced and mediocre cocktails. On arrival, no towels available as planned , obliged to put on the mattresses. The pool is beautiful but freezing , pity not to be able to enjoy it , only the pool below is heated but not nickel in terms of cleanliness. Very nice staff.
