excellent service and exceptional cleanliness

A great hotel with excellent service and exceptional cleanliness. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Every area was spotless, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly generous, with an amazing variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
Highly recommended!

The room did not resemble the pictures on the homepage: it contained a bed and a couch making it feel barren and empty.
The location is quite remote in an undeveloped part of Marrakech.
The music at the pool area was very, very loud and invasive, making it difficult to use the pool area without a noise canceling headset.
The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly and accomodating (except for refusing to lower the volumen of the music); in all the only drawbacks was the room, the difficult location and the loud music.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!

VERY BAD REVIEW. We had booked this hotel with a lot of enthusiasm, but our flight was canceled, which prevented us from going to Marrakech. We immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and ask for a solution or a refund of the more than €800 paid. Despite several emails, we received no response, no support, and no commercial gesture. We are young students; this sum represents a huge amount of money for us. Showing a minimum of understanding in a situation totally beyond our control would have been the least you could do. Instead, we were met with complete silence. It is an attitude that we find deeply disappointing and that shows a total lack of consideration for customers. I do not recommend this establishment if you expect responsive and humane customer service.

Air conditioning was not effective at all
The water was 1 bottle per person for the stay. The listing did not mention the same. Water was very expensive in the hotel
