Perfect.

All perfect.
Better than expected.
It is close to several sites downtown.
Very friendly staff and offers for everything!!
Super clean, and there is always paper in the bathroom and it is all collected.
Breakfast is very plentiful for little price.
It has a roof terrace to relax if you like.
There's always someone at Reception.
Offer dinner at 21h (booking until 29h)
I got the SIM card there too.
Everything perfect!!

A nightmare.

A nightmare. We stayed 3 nights in this riad and the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, no one at the reception spoke French, which makes the exchanges complicated. The place is really poorly maintained and not clean (see my pictures). The private rooms are lamentable: bad smells coming from the bathroom, lack of hygiene, and I even found a cockroach. Also, on the first morning, no hot water.
As for breakfast, we went on excursion at 7:30, but the service only opens at 8:00. We weren't even offered coffee or anything to take away. The next day, the coffee machine broke down. Even if you show up on time, you have to wait at least 8:30 to be able to eat, while they prepare everything.
The terraces are dirty, with rubbish everywhere. And finally, it is impossible to sleep before midnight or 1am because of the noise and screams in the establishment.
Only slightly positive point: the location, about 20 minutes walk from the square. But given the price of the rooms, there is much better and much cleaner in Marrakech. I know the city well and this is by far one of my worst stays. I would definitely not recommend.

Awful, horrible and shockingly terrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Customer service appalling and shocking. Abdullah doesn’t have a clue how to treat guests. He likes the girls and only speaks to them. I had my food stolen from the fridge. They couldn’t care less. I booked my rooms last year and when I arrived they said my room has gone. So had to change to another room. Then they said you need to find another place as they booked my room to another guest even though I had paid. AVOID THIS PLACE AT SLL COSTS. it’s also difficult to find. Unless you want bad service, cold water, no help then stay here. It is the worse possible hostel. They all give a bad name to Muslims. They also tried to scam me an extra €30 for a tour. Don’t trust these people.

Best Hostel in Marrakech

The best hostel in Marrakech. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. Especially the young man Zakaria. The location is excellent, close to everything. Excellent value for money, I will definitely come back next time I visit Marrakech. I recommend .every traveler to book this hostel

Hilarious and lovely place

The beds were clean, the tea was good, and the company was wonderful. It was the perfect distance from the Medina, with sweet little shops around but no busy streets in a very safe area (although everywhere seemed quite safe in Marrakesh). Everyone who worked there was kind, professional, and welcoming and I felt totally at ease there. Special shout out to Zaq and Twinkle who made my stay especially enjoyable.
