Great location and welcoming

A small group of us stayed at Hotel Wissam before and after a trip to the South of Morocco. First night was very noisy but due to guests, room on ground floor particilarly noisy as near front door. Stayed in an upstairs room on return trip which as much quieter and very comfortable. Lovely large terrace upstairs. Staff were very helpful to our group and generally we felt very comfortable here despite the noisy guests on the 1st night. Hotel is in a great location.

Spend a bit more if you value your sleep and health!

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Although the price is low, spending a bit more will get you a better place.
There were many things I didn’t like about my stay. Firstly, the room was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time. The bed sheets were dirty and hadn’t been changed. The bathroom was covered in grime on the walls and around the toilet. The bed was extremely hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, both the air conditioning and the TV were broken and not working. One of the walls was leaking water from somewhere, and I even had to kill a cockroach in the room. The quality of sleep was poor due to the noise coming from the courtyard every night. People were constantly talking until 1 a.m. The walls in the room were thin, making it easy to hear everything. I recommend spending a little more to find a clean hotel where you can sleep comfortably!

Excellent base for those who want to visit the characteristic streets of the city center

The lobby of the hotel is very nice, the occupied room, with bathroom, was quite clean, the only flaw was the shower, as there was only the tube... the shower was missing.
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the main square of Marrakesh, reachable in two minutes on foot.
For those who want to do the different activities that the country offers (excursions and more) one of the pick-up points is the nearby Café De France.
Overall very good.
