Can’t wait to go back
Fun and helpful. Hotel and room were faultless, the staff were constantly out cleaning and checking on the guests. Pool was clean and a lifesaver. Cafe & restaurant were really good and great value for money, though limited menu but we found most restaurants in the area were the same. Located in a lovely quiet area but plenty going on 5/10 min walk away. Neither of us had a bad word to say about the place and I am fussy, can’t wait to return. Thank you for a great experience

Avoid.. dirty and shabby room... we spent 9 days there.. for 4 days we requested the safe batteries, and on top of that we had

Incredible experience
We also wish to thank all the staff for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
A special thank you to Walid, who, from our arrival until our last day, was always available, attentive, and immensely kind. We really appreciated all the efforts he made to speak Spanish with us. A huge thank you!
We also haven't forgotten Mariam, an adorable person, smiling and always ready to help us. They are people of great character, endowed with exceptional professionalism.

Great stay, attentive and helpful but needs working on the maintenance
We had nothing but a great experience. The hotel staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. The room was lovely with working AC and fresh clean towels everyday. The pool was clean and our breakfast was great. The man who cooked our fresh omelette again was so attentive.
Only downside was the maintenance of the hotel. A few draws had missing handles, grime and rust in the bathroom, broken recliner chairs around the pool. However this did not affect our stay and something minor like this does not matter to us.
Our last day was the day of Eid which me and my partner was unaware of. But the hotel staff were so friendly helpful with telling us how we can get to the airport etc. Along with just a friendly chat.
We would definitely stay here again!

I asked if I could get breakfast slightly before 07:00 as I was being picked up at 07:00 for a tour, but was told no.
I asked if the reception could help me get a taxi to the medina. I was told oh just go outside and you will see one.
It just felt like I was being an inconvenience. Not the best experience for me.
