First, the rooms and the pool look nothing like advertised on the website.
Second, on my booking shows that the tax was included, and when I got to the reception, I was asked to pay tax again (50MDH) but reduced to 25DRH as I was on my own.
Third, the shared facilities were very basic - no toilet paper in the toilets, the shower drainage system was blocked, the wifi was nonexistent and did not have a signal at all.
The room was very basic, the air conditioning did not have a remote control in the room. I had to go down to reception to enquire about one at 2 o’clock in the morning and it took the nightshirt guy a good 15 minutes to get one. Bloody terrible.
Forget about the air conditioning rhetorics, I couldn’t go back to sleep at all due to the loud music playing all night from some club downstairs, even with damp pieces of tissue in my ears to block the noise…bearing in mind I needed to get up at 6 to catch my flight back to England.
The breakfast which I paid for does not get served until 9-30…nonetheless, I spoke to this arrogant receptionist who assured me that he would speak the night shift receptionist to organise a light breakfast in the morning but to no avail. I was really disappointed.
The bedding was basic and the bedsheets were full of female hairs…well the list goes on and on…all in all it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this terrible hotel to anybody. 0 stars if I could…
