Magical experience.

I stayed in this Riad from 19 to 22/05/24. I had a few days and had long wanted to visit Marrakesh. The Riad was chosen by me also because when you stay in a single room and you don't check well you might not have a private bathroom. I had a problem upon arrival at the airport because the flight was delayed and the TRFS that I had booked a while ago was not there. It was almost one in the morning and I was in a panic because there wasn't a taxi, not even if I paid for it in gold. Then I found him almost immediately because he was breaking serve and took the last run. He also called the Riad to find out what had happened and to wait for me as I was on my way. An angel. I was quite "black" due to the transfer mix-up that didn't happen on their part and skeptical. Instead, Ihssan and his sister welcomed me as if I were one of the family. They prepared a welcome tea and I settled into my room, which although small, was very nice and above all located on the top floor. You woke up in the sky. Top. I think that room is specifically for those staying in a single room. In two it would be too small. Generally the breakfast they offer is sweet with croissants, jams etc etc. I kindly asked if they could make me a homelette and/or any other savory food because I don't like sweets and the following two mornings they obliged me. However, I recommend all travelers to stay in the Riads because (as well as being very beautiful and you would never guess it from the outside) you really feel at home. Ihssan and His two sisters were really very kind. I also chose the best period as it wasn't so hot that I couldn't resist. I would like to make a small complaint about the bathroom in my room (I also told the lady in charge of cleaning): on the toilet there was a seat that seemed fixed but was "movable" and I almost got hurt. Why leave a dangerous thing just sitting? Do we want to replace it? Personally I took it off. I've done it before. Furthermore, the sink pipe was evidently clogged with limescale and therefore little water flowed down and what came out shot out to the sides. This report is intended only to be constructive to improve the quality of the service. These details are important to get the most out of your reviews.
Thank you Ihssan & family.

Rogue

Good location, and first impressions were good. Then the circus started.. the bed was broken, the door wouldn't lock properly and the staff smelled of alcohol. One morning I had to wake them from their alcohol fog to get breakfast. The only lady in the company was also the only one I saw really working, so a compliment to her. Reception knows unmanned but instead it ran around a youngster (relative) in just underpants.

Comfortable riad to visit Marrakech

The Riad Dar Leuleu is located inside the Medina of Marrakech, very close to the Souk and allows you to walk in about 2km to the Jema El Fna Square crossing the Souk. Riad clean, friendly host and extremely available, good breakfast served upstairs and nothing to object except the 'absence during our stay of' hot water that does not create problems since both the temperature of' environment and' water were pleasant from my point of view.
Recommended for a short stay in the city.

Riad not release...

Risk to loose my flight because the man in charge of the hotel didn' t come to pick me up to take me at the airport...
But he pretended just cash for the transfert the day before...This is very sad...
I don' t tell you do not go there .. There are better Riad.

Thieves

They're THIEVES, literally. Money has been stolen during our stay. The first day 70 euros disappeared to my girlfriend and another 50 euros to me. We thought it couldn't be them and, taking our money all day, they took advantage of breakfast to steal another 50 euros and a cream valued at 30 euros. We went the next day to leave the accommodation to ask for explanations (after spending a night in the desert) and the manager told us that there was no trace of either the cream or the money. I hope this review will help no one to go to this place, which is very cute compared to other Riyadh (like the one we have been after). THIEVES
