A must!

I stayed here for 2 nights and so worth it! The place is very Moroccan in terms of style and the hospitality is just amazing! Abderafi was a great host! Very attentive and helped us arrange transportation at a great price from hotel. Fes can be confusing because of its many walkways in the Médina but you feel a sense of tranquility in the riyad. I really enjoyed my stay there and definitely recommend this riyad to all my friends and family.

Great stay in a beautoful riad!

Stayed in al atik for two nights with my wife and 4y old daughter. Experienced a warm welcome with good explaination About the city accompanied with a map we used a lot later on. Did a guided tour through the riad wit the guide arranged By the riad which was fine. Went quite fast though so next day we did our own tour using gps on the iPhone via maps.me. Worked Nice and alltogether we saw a lot of the sizzling fez medina!
Hotelroom was very Nice with a great rooftop terrace for some lazytime! Recommend alAtik for sure!!!

Wonderful oasis in the heart of the Medina

My stay at Riyad Al Atik was truly wonderful. The receptionist, Abdul couldn't be more helpful - he is extremely friendly, always around to help and very knowledgeable about Fes. He explained how to get around the Medina (a maze when you first arrive!) and pointed me in the direction of some of the hidden local treasures that are interesting to see. When I had a bit of a problem during my stay, he was the first to help sort it out which I was extremely grateful for, it made all the difference!
I also had dinner at the Riyad on the Friday which was lovely - a massive traditional chicken Tagine that we all ate together with other guests staying. The breakfast is great with good quality coffee served too! The rooms are big, spacious, very clean, with nice little touches such as local olive oil soap. They have a very nice roof terrace where I spent a lot of time relaxing and reading - given how busy the Medina is, it provided a wonderful oasis to retreat to and relax in! Highly recommend staying here, it's worth every penny!

Perfect !!!!!

Valerie and her team made our visit just perfect. From the advice and instructions prior to arriving as well as during our stay we felt at home and very well looked after. A peaceful oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the amazing medina. Breakfast was great and our room and bathroom were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The roof terrace was a added bonus. Thank you Valerie for a perfect relaxing weekend.

Relaxing on the rooftop terrace

Me and my wife stayed in this lovely riad for a total of five nights. It's location is quiet, almost an oasis in the busy medina. Decor is traditional and tasteful and everything is spotlessly clean. Wifi works well and brekfast is good. We loved relaxing on the rooftop terrace after a busy day sightseeing. We also travelled to Merzouga and the desert and Valerie at the riad arranged a great tour for us, highly recommended. I also recommend their airport pickup since the place is a bit hard to find for the first time. I would definitely stay there again.
