Payment problem
I can not believe the owner charged us extra money without receipt. He trap us in the hotel and don’t let us checkout if we don’t paid extra cash.
He told us our agency did not settle our payment on Expedia so that he need us to pay by cash 644MAD. Our agency is Asiamile group which famous in the world. I have booked hotels by Asiamile points several time without problems. He insist that he doesn’t know this agency and won’t trust any payment from other methods unless we paid cash.
In the time I contacting the Asiamile group to solve the problem, the wifi internet was suddenly stop we can not communicate with our agency. He said the wifi have problems because of the road construction outside and hurry us to pay by cash because he is also in hurry to work. We have no choice and we cash finally with a request of a receipt so that we could claim back from the Insurance. He promised us he will give us a formal e-receipt by email right after his work.
Of course , he did not give me the receipt as he promise. Without receipt, I can not claim the money. I tried to call him by different number, he pick up the calls in the beginning but he cut the call immediately when he hear my voice. Afterward, He never pick up my call anymore. He never reply me any email!
Although it only 644MAD, It’s not about the money, it’s about the trust and integrity. He totally destroy this credit!

Unprofessional, obnoxious, and flat out terrible
Turns out it was not true. We landed and he said he only had one room instead of the two rooms confirmed by the reputable Hotels company and there was no way to accommodate 4 people.
Mistakes happen and so it’s perfectly understandable but what happened next was the more unacceptable part.
Long story short this gentleman was far from helpful and readily combative from the get go and wanted me to pay for cancellation of one room when he was supposed to have two rooms for us as paid for by us and confirmed by the online Hotels company.
He wanted us to accept the one room even though no way to fit 4 people there and claimed he had to leave and we needed to accept immediately. Then he threatened to not let us leave if we did not pay the cancellation.
Luckily we landed early morning and took the next three hours to find another accommodation and “escape” this clear tourist trap. I shudder to think what would have happened if we had come in late evening.
He would not give us access to his WiFi to do the search as we did not live there so had to use expensive roaming to do the search.
We vacation once or twice a year but have never had an experience like this.....ever.
Looks like a kid trying to start up his own business in his family’s house but having no idea on what it takes to do so.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
