Quiet beauty
This beautiful riad was almost privatized for our group of friends during a five-day stay. Very beautiful architecture with patio, garden, balconies and terraces, the welcoming team smiling and available feasted us both at breakfasts and dinners, perfect and varied Moroccan cuisine with so many sweet honeyed varieties, soups, tagines, pastilla, cakes and fruits, a thousand flavors thousand pleasures. Aziza shares with her mother an outstanding cooking talent, she is a very pleasant hostess, with whom everyone was able to share long very informative conversations about life in Fez, its traditions, its peculiarities. Thank you to all this beautiful team so effective in tourist advice.
Access through the Ziat gate is also very convenient and worth noting because a minute from the taxi possibilities to discover the medina through other entrances without getting too lost in the narrow alleys and veneers of the non-commercial neighborhoods of this beautiful city.

Beautiful stay at Lalla Fatima and her family!
A welcome at the Riad both professional and family. Lots of charm in the decoration and the plus is a real welcome both discreet and warm. The mezzanine suite 2 days then the room Drouj 2 days are really charming. Breakfasts are generous and "homemade". Aziza is available for your requests and knows how to advise you on what you really need....
Lalla Fatima, her mom, at the stove is an excellent cook and knows opened her door to chat and makes you feel at home. The Riad is very well maintained and you quickly feel safe in the neighborhood where cameras allow you to move around at any time without fear of being bothered and even if you are a single woman.
In short an excellent address in which I will return without hesitation during a next stay.

To avoid
Cute place, very limited welcome, no towels (we asked we never received one), no toilet paper (we received some after insistence), mysogine (I quote: “I don’t talk with women!”), burned tagine, we had to run off in the morning without tit deuj given the verbal aggression of the young man. Run away. Only positive aspect: the price

Vous vous trompez d’établissement, êtes vous sûr d’avoir séjourner au Riad Lalla Fatima dans la médina de Fes au quartier Ziat exactement ?
Parce que durant la période de séjour indiqué nous n’avons pas reçu de client avec ce nom.
Nous ne servons pas de tagine brulé, et nous n’avons aucun homme travaillant avec nous, nous sommes tous des femmes, ( Lalla Fatima et ses filles depuis 25 ans en plus des serveuses et femmes de ménages ).
Nos prix sont à partir de 50€, donc je ne pense pas que c’est un atout ou aspect positif comme vous avez mentionné.

Good address!
We spent 4 nights at this Riad. Access is easy by car and parking is possible a few steps away, in a guarded garage for about 40 to 50 Dh at night.
The Riad is well run by the 2 girls and the mom, Mrs. Fatima. Very clean place, change of towels to the room every day. The room chosen was small (Rajae), we should have taken a bigger one. The bathroom door was difficult to close because the wood rubs on the floor. It could be corrected relatively easily.
Very good breakfasts with good varieties of homemade jam. Quality service, smiles, listening to our needs and a good reference for a guide in the medina. Typical Moroccan decoration!

It's a shame that the staff isn't always there.. you don't feel the warmth of a Moroccan home
