Little piece of paradise

2nd time at jean claude... this time I introduced this little piece of paradise to my group of friends....a haven of peace of unnamed beauty. Serenity, calm, at the door of a medina just bewitching. And Jean-Claude is just impeccable..helpful, accommodating and smiling...a bit cheating at board games but good!! See you soon

A little disappointed

Riad in excellent location a stone's throw from the medina. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful garden.
I was a bit disappointed with the rooms placed at the top. Steep staircase and last stretch, the first evening, in the dark, then year arranged the light. The light both evenings was also missing in the veranda located in front of the access doors to the rooms (we used the cell phone light to arrive and open the doors). Reading the excellent reviews I would have expected more care of the rooms and instead I was surprised to find dust and cobwebs. The ceiling of both rooms is about 2m high. The most annoying thing in my opinion was to find the shower of one of the rooms clogged. On the morning of the second day I pointed out the problem of the shower to the ladies who take care of breakfast, because Mr. Jean Claude's partner had just left, so that they would take it back to those who take care of the maintenance instead they immediately went up to the room with a rag to solve the problem. After a few minutes I was told that everything was fine and I, thinking it was just the drain to clean, believed it. In the evening, however, I realized that the problem had not been solved. I still appreciated the attempt but maybe it wasn't their job, they should have brought it back to whoever should.
The structure has great potential but, in my very personal opinion, it would take more attention to detail.
I am sorry I did not get to know Mr Jean Claude, who was absent in those days.

A little blue paradise at the gates of the Medina

Riad color majorel blue ideally located 50 m from the Medina and very easy to access. A host, Jean-Claude, both pleasant, discreet and full of good advice. The rooms are air conditioned. Breakfast is good and hearty. A swimming pool, fresh bubble, in the middle of a beautiful garden. Finally, the presence of Putchi, the mascot of the riad.

Safe Haven

It's always such a pleasure to come back to Jean Claude's in this superb riad a stone's throw from the medina where you can relax by the swimming pool in a lush garden after wandering the lively derbs.
The breakfasts served on the terrace are at the top....

A Riad very well located and full of charm

A very warm welcome, a very pleasant Riad and a prime location for exploring the Medina while being easily accessible. The E breakfast is very generous and the facilities very well maintained. Jean-Claude and his team are very friendly
