We had a wonderful stay at Riad Ibn Khaldoun. The staff were very responsive and took great care of us. Location is excellent very close to market streets and easy access to taxis as well. The property is clean and well maintained and a fine example of a typical Fez residence from centuries ago. The food was also excellent, both breakfast and dinners. The roof top area has nice views of the Medina.

No proper service. Rooms were clean. But… bathrooms needed significant maintenance, lighting was poor, poor wifi, no drinking water bottles. Heater in room was not working well.
Clean towels, clean bed.
Would not recommend.
