Great, relaxing felt at home by the hospitality of Zahid.

We were let down by Riadh Taj Hotel so had to look for somewhere to stay after a 24 hour journey. We knocked on the hotel door and was warmly greeted by Zahid. He said a room will be available also his Boss was there he offered us mint tea very refreshing. Never asked for any payment and He gave us a very comfortable, clean and traditional morrocan style room. We made the payment by cash after 2 days. He Made us traditional breakfast with very tasty milk coffee every day. Zahid guided us to places to visit and eat out .he looked after us very well. We booked a tour to the Atlas mountains with Zahid it was great. Definitely coming back to Dar el yasmine with my family excellent service and very good location.

An authentic Moroccan experience in the heart of the medina of Fez

A genuine Moroccan experience, in a typical house (dar). The location is excellent, in the heart of the medina, about 5 min walk from the Blue Gate, although the alley where it is located is a bit dreary at night... They hand over the room key but not the entrance key, so you have to knock on the door upon arrival, which in some circumstances is annoying. It is a traditional construction, very well decorated. I was touched by room No 1, which is literally next to the reception, so you get some noises. I don't recommend it if you have light sleep, I guess the ones on the upper floors are better. The room is large, almost without natural light, with hot/cold A/C, with the bathroom at the top of a staircase. The ceiling of the bathroom is no more than 1.80 m high, not ideal for tall people. Breakfast is correct (I read better descriptions in some reviews). The staff, Said and Souka are extremely friendly and always ready to help.

Exceptional

Our host was very friendly and immensely kind! At the small care and recommended us places to visit as well as very good addresses to eat delicious meals.
I particularly thank him for his good humor and sympathy! I will be back with great pleasure

We had a great stay at Dar El Yasmine

We had a great stay at Dar El Yasmine. A super delicious breakfast. We had the 3 bed room on the 2nd floor which met our needs. The beds were very comfortable. The price-performance ratio great
