Very charming hotel

The hotel has very spacious rooms and a very good infrastructure. The rooms are spacious and with decoration very typical of Morocco. The breakfast very well served with bread varieties, fruits, and drinks. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very nice.

Spacious hotel near the Sahara desert

This is a beautiful spacious hotel located near the Sahara desert with an exquisitely beautiful lobby. The food for dinner was good and the breakfast was acceptable. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was very good and Customer Service was prompt with any requests. I found the room with a dirty rug, a long hair on my pillow a refrigerator that wasn’t plugged in and even when it was plugged in overnight marginally worked. I had no tissues and no working phone and they could not get me a working phone. When I took a shower the only position of the showerhead flooded the bathroom but the water pressure was decent for me to complete my shower.

Stay in the desert

Very large room. Staff listening. Very hearty breakfast. The region requires at least a 3 night stay to discover the charm of South East Morocco oasis, souks, fossils, dunes , ksours in Madrid and Rissani. Camel excursion.

Miserable

A miserable experience. First it’s a property in a state of repair/modernization. The pool and area around were disgusting. They put us in a room across from a wedding that was in full swing. I asked to be moved and they obliged by moving us a room that 30 minutes later overlooked the SAME wedding. Until well after 12am The room was early fraternity. Phone didn’t work and AC was very inadequate and the sheets had to be from the last decade. Last add. They don’t serve alcohol. Recommend a hard pass.

We have taken steps to ensure that the pool and it’s surrounding area are maintained to the highest standards . We regret that the noise from the wedding party disturbed your stay. While we strive to provide a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. Please allow us to clarify that our policy is to confirm wedding party only when the hotel is not fully booked by other guest.
We will review again our event management protocols to better balance the needs of our guests.
We are concerned to hear about the issues with the air conditioning and linens. We always inspect the rooms . We correct any malfunctioning equipment .
