Beautiful!

Had a really nice time in Azembay, it’s clean, beautiful suites and villas. Been there twice and going for a 3rd time soon. Service is excellent. Food is good too.
Definitely recommend it!!!
And the sunset was just magicaaaaal!

Like a bad joke, worst service ever

The worst experience in my life, I have never seen a bad service like this in my life. When you call to book they advise you a Ferrari, no need to book, infinite beach full of beds at any time of the day, when you arrive you find an old fiat 500.
No beds available, no tables available, half an hour to have a chair, the waiters without any precaution for Coronavirus, no mask at moving around like a colony of mad ants.
All around you desperate people that looks at you shaking their heads and thinking to their past lifes mistakes to have deserved a punishment like that...no glace available, half of (limited) menu missing, no fresh beverages and you can let you beard growing waiting for your mediocre food, people that try to serve themself all around the small kitchen, trying desperately to take something to eat for their children.
The only efficient "person" was the donkey that bring you from the car to the beach
Advised for sadomaso people that love suffering and people that want to take covid to have the immunity. For all the others, don't think to come here if you want to enjoy the week end.

Stay Away

This is the worst hotel I have been to lately. Bad service, terrible food, very dirty, no wifi in room, no light in room, room door could not be locked, (so you can't leave anything in the room not to mention a "good night" sleep in a totally empty and dark compound), no towels in room, no safe, no soap or shampoo, no guests, no breakfast at announced time, terrible beach restaurant, deserted atmosphere, TV did not work.
This place is just horrible. The list could go on forever. To make it short. Dont come here. Ever. This hotel is a hoax and just terrible. It wants to be a fancy beach resort. But it is not!! Do not fall for the pics or their promisses. This place is a wannabe. And its not even capable of serving you coffee in the morning or anything close to a proper hotel.
And do not to forget. They call themselves "made in nature" and "Eco friendly" and "first eco .. in Africa". Well: Why the plastic coffee capsules im some rooms? Why the dirty old diesel "Golf Cart" for the staff instead of an e-cart or bikes? Where are to solar panels? Why the rubbish in the sand at the beach restaurant. This has nothing - zero - to do with Eco. We want our money back!

Horreur à AZEMBAY

l'horreur sur place le PGG et le directeur des opérations du site n'ont rien à voir avec l' 'hôtellerie ni la gestion et c'est aussi le cas du personnel du site . un vrai massacre au niveau de l’hôtel pour les clients , le personnel et les prestataires extérieures

Une horreur total et complète à éviter service nul - nous avons été mal reçu c est très cher et le staff pas du tout formé il y avait même des propriétaires on leur interdise ER acces - in vrai mauvais films - une honte à l hôtellerie marocaine hospitalière -
