Happy.
I had a great time at Hotel Art Suites. The hotel is very elegant, quiet and perfectly clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, making the stay very pleasant. The staff is truly exceptional: welcoming, smiling, professional and always ready to help with kindness and respect. The service is fast and high quality. The warm atmosphere of the hotel makes you feel immediately at home. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and excellent service. Thank you to the whole team for this great experience.

RUN AWAY!
To flee!! 80 euros for that!!
I'll make it simple.
We spent two days in August 2025. When we arrived we were disappointed with the staff who do not speak French or English.
The outdoor parking is in a pitiful state.
When we take our room, we barely give you the keys to your suite.
I’m not very difficult but for an establishment saying 4 stars it’s limit, but it’s only the beginning!
Clean room but dirty bath too narrow!
A towel for two.
Constant noise, whether this self from outside but also from its damn nightclubs or until 2 am you can not sleep!
Run away! There is much better and cheaper!

Horror!!!!!
Worst hotel!!! Arrive with husband and child, at the reception the girl does not understand English, since the third time understood French. Dirty!!!The floor is not washed, strange hair all over the shower. Raid on taps, shower broken. Half the night music plays from the hotel bar located on the ground floor , sleep impossible!Write what is suitable for children, lies!!! Unsanitary! No cribs! No extra bed linen, one towel for everyone! It's a nightmare, really regretted choosing this place!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR HOLIDAYS
After my mom passed away, my sisters and I decided to take a few days off. We chose a hotel in El Jadida, rated 6.9 on Booking – a “nice” rating, which is completely absurd. As soon as we arrived, the nightmare began: noise until 2am, smoke smells in the corridors, no hot water, no towels. It literally felt like we had landed in a hovel. What is even more shocking is that the reviews on Booking were positive, but in reality, the hotel looked more like a prostitute bar than a holiday resort. It was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life – yet I visited many properties in Morocco.
The next day we asked to leave the premises and demanded an immediate refund. But negotiating with the so-called manager of this hotel proved to be an ordeal. He kept us waiting from 9:30 to 4:00, to no avail. We were furious, not only because of the deplorable service, but also because we lost a precious day’s vacation, when we were already going through a period of mourning.
We immediately contacted the Booking platform to express our dissatisfaction. But as if the hotel wasn’t enough, it was a real challenge to reach them from abroad. After two long months of waiting, we finally received our refund today – hallelujah! However, I remain deeply disappointed by Booking which did not react with the expected speed and efficiency.
