Le personnel est acceuillant et serviable, j'ai pris une chambre double avec douche a 250 c'est vraiment abordable compte tenu de l'emplacement de cet hotel qui est son vrai atout. L'hotel est propre et calme je le recommande.

Quite good location, nice and welcoming staff

The hotel is situated within a short walking distance from the medina.
The good thing is that you can park your car on the street outside the hotel (approx. 10 MAD per day.)
The staff was welcoming and nice. The hotel was quiet.
The room was quite small, but clean. However, the common shower and WC was very smelly, dirty, and no hot water (!!!).

Accommodating staff but not-so-good location

It's located outside the medina so we needed to hike a bit every time.
Staff were great and accommodated our room transfer request right away.
We had a private balcony which allowed us to have a nice view of the city.
The shared bathroom was okay but it lacks proper ventilation.
The hotel itself is quite old but okay for its price range.

Hotel estándar para pasar la noche

Un hotel cualquiera donde pasar la noche. Nos alojamos en una habitación triple con baño compartido, wifi y tv en la habitación.
Las habitaciones con el típico colchón duro de Marruecos y algunas ventanas con agujeros que dejan pasar el frío de la montaña de Chefchaouen.
El trato del personal fue bueno y el precio barato.

Mauvaise surprise

Commençons par le bon point, le WiFi marche très bien. L'hôtel est aussi bien situé juste en dessous de la médina.
Le confort est sommaire mais correct pour le prix.
Après carton rouge, tu reviens le soir et le veilleur te demande ton numéro de room (standard jusque là) et à 2h40 du matin tu es réveillé en sursaut car ta porte fermée à clé de l'intérieur s'ouvre !
La le veilleur te dit qu'il vient vérifier (quoi ?) selon lui car il est responsable de nous !!
Ça c'est déjà pas terrible. Ce même monsieur va ensuite nous dire qu'il est le directeur lors du check out et plutôt que de faire de plates excuses va hausser le ton et oser le "il y a de plus belles femmes qui sont venues" "tes même pas belle" avant de lâcher quelques insultes peu commerciales ! Épisode hallucinant...
Bref expérience peu plaisante au final
