I recommend

Good breakfast - lunch, very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Quiet rooms, no street noise. Hot shower water with optimal pressure. Clean towels. Hotel near the sea (5 minutes walk more or less).

TO FLEE

It's a big scam and it's too gross, I left recently so I have the great experience, the beds were TOO dirty the baths were too small and the toilets broke, everything was dirty threw too disappointed and besides the pool was super dirty and smelled of chlorine from afar , lunch was too small and I didn't eat too much in my days in al khaima , the worst experience of my life! Horrible!

Nice place to stay in Asilah

We got a bit scared reading the reviews even thought they were older ones but we were pleasantly surprised. Nice spacious room with recently renovated bathroom,food in the restaurant was tasty and the garden and swimmingpool were clean and really nice. They say the tapwater is drinkable, we didn't want to take the gamble and ordered a liter bottle of water but 50 Dirham or € 5 seemed a bit out of place.

Comfortable stay

A comfortable stay in this modern hotel just outside the town. Comfortable en suite rooms with balconies overlooking the sea (there is a road inbetween). We dined in the restaurant two nights and the food was very good. The pool had a problem while we were there so no able to use it which was disappointing. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Avoid this Hotel - is a disaster

ve stayed at this hotel three times, and each time it gets worse. This last visit was absolutely unacceptable.
• No Hot Water: I asked for hot water three times, and each time I was given excuses. They claimed the water heater was broken, but it was clear they deliberately shut off the hot water when there weren’t enough guests. When a group of Asian tourists arrived, the hot water was suddenly available, but as soon as they left, it was turned off again. As a Moroccan from Canada visiting my home country, I found this treatment deeply disrespectful. It seems they prioritize foreign tourists over locals.
• Terrible Rooms: The rooms are outdated, smell awful, and are not clean. The faucet in my bathroom was broken, adding to the frustration.
• Inedible Breakfast: While breakfast was included, it was so bad that it was practically inedible. The cheese was spoiled, and the overall quality was extremely poor.
• No Accountability: Despite all these issues, they still charged me full price without offering any discount, apology, or acknowledgment of their terrible service. The lack of consideration is shocking.
This place is a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here. It’s not worth the money or the stress.
