Excellent Manager and team.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Younes Manger and his assistant receptionist Aissa for the exceptional customer service they provided.
From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Younes went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled efficiently, while Aissa was incredibly friendly, attentive, and organised, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across a team that combines professionalism with such a warm and caring approach. They treated every question with patience, every concern with respect, and made me feel like a valued customer throughout.
Outstanding service like this deserves to be recognised. Younes and Aissa are a real credit to the organisation, setting a standard of excellence that others should aspire to. If every business had people like them, customer service would be on another level.

Very nice stay
I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort and quality service. The facilities were well maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail reflected a high standard of professionalism.
I would especially like to commend Ms. Nour for her outstanding service. She was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm and genuine attitude. Her professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my experience and made my stay even more enjoyable.

A very good experience
The stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A pleasant family stay, with room for improvement at check-in
We have had a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful and quiet area is ideal for families and a relaxing holiday.
However, our experience before and during arrival could have been much better. The support and communication from the reservations department were disappointing. Since we arrived late at night, we had to check in at the Resort. Unfortunately, the receptionist there was not welcoming and the check-in took far too long. This was particularly frustrating after a long journey, especially as we were travelling with tired children and wanted to get to our apartment as soon as possible.
Fortunately, our experience at the Residences itself was much more positive. The team on site was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed the comfort and quality of the apartment and the beautiful location.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but better support from the reservations department and a faster and more welcoming check-in for guests arriving late would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

pleasant stay
I had a very pleasant stay at the residence. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The high standard of cleanliness was particularly appreciated. A special thanks to Soukaina at the reception and Younes, the Manager, who were both very helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitly come back
