Break away with my daughters
We stayed here for four nights and couldn’t fault the place
Rubbish about towels not being replaced , never had a problem
Room was clean had cleaners in every day
Beds were so comfortable
Also rubbish about bringing drinks into room (even if there is a sign at the entrance ) we took water and fizzy juice up
Pool are lovely (although could do with more sunbeds ) we had lunch there one day the food was lovely
Breakfast yeah it’s not your typical English breakfast , but there is loads of choice
Would I stay again MOST DEFINITELY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
The hotel is on its last legs and everything seems to be falling apart. When we arrived last week, we were told that our booking had been cancelled, and the staff were arguing with us and initially refused to accommodate us. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually gave us rooms, but not the rooms we had originally booked. We had booked five family rooms, but instead we were given rooms with three single beds, along with two rooms with double beds.
As for the rooms themselves, I have stayed in many budget hotels, but this was by far one of the worst. As soon as you walk into the room, there is a strong musty smell. The bedding was FILTHY, and I was genuinely hesitant to sleep on it. There were visible stains and marks on the bedding (photos attached). The taps were rusty, and the bathroom had a significant amount of mould. Under the bed was also filthy, with belongings apparently left behind by previous guests. It was very clear that the rooms were not being cleaned properly.
The flush in my toilet was also partly broken. Sometimes it worked, while other times it would take much longer to flush, and I had to fiddle around with the button to get it to work.
The hotel also seems to be extremely precious about its towels. They would not allow more than two towels per room, and they did not replace them every day. During my seven-day stay, I believe I only received fresh towels twice. When we asked the cleaners for fresh towels or toilet tissue, we were often simply told no. They even counted how many toilet rolls they gave us.
When my family and I went to complain, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. It felt as though they had no interest in listening to our concerns or making their guests feel comfortable. The manager in particular was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, which made an already terrible experience even worse.
I was genuinely appalled by my experience at Hamilton. What we thought we had booked turned into an absolute nightmare once we arrived. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly would not stay here again.

Avoid this hotel.
1. The hotel is VERY dirty. Not only visibly dirty but feels unclean. The sheets feel damp and have a strong smell of wee and moisture.
2. The food is diabolical. I think left overs from dinner was put back out again for breakfast. Had no flavour and was just overall nasty. During dinner you are expected to pay for drink even as inclusive customers. Not even water was offered.
3. Sightings of cockroaches, through the hallways, restaurants, toilets, bedrooms. Seen one crawl into a room from the
lobby.
4. Noise. Music was blasting from the hotel opposite til 5am every night, cars horning like it's end of the world.
5. Service. Was a literal argument every time we needed a towel sometimes there was none in our room and we're refused new ones.
6. Balconies were getting flooded by AC machines outside and stopped working in the room.
Overall we didn't enjoy one night's stay in this hotel. I would avoid at any cost.

Avoid at all costs! Go next door!
Firstly they scam you if you booked through booking.com they ask for more money during check in absolute joke it’s disgusting because after your flight you just want to get into your room. You have no option as you have nothing else booked.
Secondly they literally steal your towels and keep them hostage between 10-4pm what a joke the cleaner will literally come into your room unannounced while you’re asleep and steal the towel leaving you without towels for the main part of the day.
If you are in a group of 3+ they will only provide 2 towels maximum. If you go to reception they will be rude to you they actually couldn’t care less. Appalling customer service. A lot of the rooms have cockroaches. The duvets don’t even have duvet covers.
I don’t know what type of hotels the rest of these reviews have stayed in but rating this highly is truly mind boggling.
The pool closes at 6pm?! How’s that even make sense I never seen them once clean the pool so it’s shocking as to why it closes so early when next door is blasting music till 9pm in the pool.
The only good thing is the location.
The manager Mehdi was horrible to deal with and the front desk man younes was a complete scammer. The rooms we booked weren’t even available so 3 people had to share two single beds.
Trust me people AVOID this place at all costs and just pay extra and go next door to argana.

Disappointing. Not a 4* hotel
First of all, the hotel is located next to an extremely busy road! Luckily we had a pool view around the back of the hotel but when venturing out, it was very noisy. The promenade and beach were a short 10min walk away but the streets were dirty and smelt very unpleasant.
We arrived at the hotel around 11.30am to be told we were unable to check in until 2pm so we had to wait around for over 2 hours which wasn't ideal after a 4am start.
Upon checking in, we were then charged 154DH city tax (the equivalent of about £15) which we were not made aware of via the booking company (on the beach)
The bathroom had limescale around the shower walls and mirror and the door was chipped and scratched (see pics) There was also no hot water when showering in the afternoon.
In the bedroom there was an open socket next to the bed and the air con unit situated on the balcony leaked everywhere when the air con was in use (see pics)
There were cracked tiles around the pool which children would often stub their toes on not to mention the extremely loud and repetitive foreign music around pool 10am - 7pm
We had opted for the bed & breakfast option only to discover the next morning that the hotel did not cater for English. The only suitable options were pancakes or omelettes if requested. Saying that, the food around the pool throughout the day was very nice with salads, burgers and pizzas to choose from. There was also a lovely variety of restaurants nearby and on the promenade.
Mo the restaurant manager was very friendly and happy to assist with anything and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful.
The lobby and reception area were very nice and clean, its just a shame that didn't follow throughout, although the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied.
Overall we were disappointed, especially as it was our first holiday abroad as a couple. Personally, I wouldn't recommend and sadly will not be revisiting.
